What exactly is an AI employee and how does it help my business?
An AI employee is a custom built digital assistant designed around your business. It can help answer common questions, collect customer details, support appointment requests, organize inquiries, send confirmations, and route information to your team.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Starter builds can usually be prepared quickly, depending on the approved workflow, content, and access provided. More advanced builds may require additional planning, testing, and integration time.
Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
No. Austere handles the build, setup, testing, and deployment. Your team receives a system designed for practical business use.
Which platforms can the assistant be deployed on?
Deployment depends on the selected package and approved workflow. Options may include website deployment, WhatsApp supported workflows, email alerts, SMS confirmations, and other approved channels where appropriate.
Do you serve businesses outside of Belize?
Austere is locally owned and built for Belizean businesses first, but selected projects outside Belize may be considered depending on the scope and fit.
How do I receive customer inquiries captured by my AI employee?
Your AI employee can send inquiry details to your approved notification channels, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp supported workflows, or another approved internal process depending on the package and implementation. The goal is to make customer information easier to capture, confirm, and route to the right person.
How does payment work?
Each package requires a deposit to begin the build, with the balance due according to the approved project terms. Monthly support begins after deployment and covers ongoing maintenance, monitoring, updates, and support based on the selected package. All payments are made via bank transfer. Monthly retainer invoices are issued at the end of each month.
Are your prices in Belize dollars?
Yes. All listed prices are in Belize dollars, BZD. Austere Automations is locally owned and priced for Belizean businesses. Custom projects, advanced integrations, or work outside Belize may be quoted separately depending on scope.
What is a Google Display Campaign and how does it help my business?
A Google Display Campaign helps place visual ads across Google's display network to increase visibility and bring more attention to your business. When included with an approved Austere package, it supports visibility while the AI employee helps capture and organize the inquiries that follow. Advertising spend, if required, is billed separately.
Is the free Google campaign really included?
Yes. For a limited time, all approved Austere build packages include a complimentary Google Display Campaign developed and deployed by the Austere team. The campaign targets your selected audience anywhere in Belize, with an advertising budget of up to BZD $250 fully covered. This is designed to create immediate visibility for your business while your AI employee begins managing and organizing the inquiries that follow.
What are message credits?
Message credits support the AI employee's monthly conversations and automated responses. Each package includes a set amount of monthly usage. Most small businesses will operate comfortably within the Starter allowance, while higher traffic businesses may need Pro or Scale. If usage grows, Austere can recommend the right upgrade or additional credit option.
Are customer details secure and private?
Austere takes privacy seriously. Workflows are designed based on the business, the sensitivity of the information, and the approved implementation. For businesses that handle confidential or sensitive information, workflows can be designed to route information into approved internal systems, secure cloud environments, CRMs, or case management platforms where appropriate. Austere does not sell or resell submitted inquiry information.
