Launch combines a professionally designed custom website, bespoke multilingual AI Employee, one core customer inquiry or booking workflow, structured intake, scheduling integration where appropriate, internal email alerts, an automated customer confirmation email, hosting, routine maintenance, 2,000 monthly message credits and one month of complimentary Google Display Campaign management. The final scope is confirmed after discovery.
What is a Custom implementation?⌄
Custom is designed for businesses and organizations that require advanced channels, multiple workflows, higher inquiry volume, multi-location or department routing, WhatsApp, voice AI, CRM or internal-system integrations, approved document submission or other specialized functionality. The build fee, support plan and usage allowance are quoted according to the approved scope.
How much does an AI Employee cost in Belize?⌄
Austere Automations offers two implementation paths priced in Belize dollars. Launch has a build fee of BZD $2,500 with BZD $300 monthly for support, hosting and usage, and a 50% deposit of BZD $1,250 to begin. Custom implementations are quoted according to the approved scope, channels, integrations and expected usage. Additional enhancements are quoted separately.
Can I add features to Launch?⌄
Yes. Launch may be expanded with selected enhancements such as SMS confirmations, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, additional workflows, increased message credits, document submission, booking systems and other approved capabilities. Enhancements are quoted separately based on setup complexity, integrations and ongoing support.
Do you still offer the Standard, Pro and Scale packages?⌄
Austere has simplified its public offerings into two implementation paths: Launch and Custom. Launch provides a complete website, AI Employee and core workflow for businesses that need a strong digital starting point. Custom is used for advanced channels, multiple workflows, higher usage, integrations, department routing and enterprise requirements. Existing clients continue to receive the features and support contained in their approved agreements.
Can I purchase a standalone website?⌄
Yes. Austere provides separately scoped professional Website Development for businesses that do not currently require an AI Employee. Website pricing depends on the number of pages, content, functionality, integrations, databases and other requirements. Visitors can explore the Website Development service or speak with Atlas for guidance.
What are message credits?⌄
Message credits support the AI Employee's monthly conversations and automated responses. Launch includes 2,000 monthly message credits. Custom implementations receive an allowance based on expected usage and approved scope. If usage grows, the Austere team can recommend additional credits or an adjusted monthly support plan.
Which solutions include the complimentary Google campaign?⌄
For a limited time, Launch includes one month and Custom includes two months of complimentary Google Display Campaign management. The campaign targets an approved audience anywhere in Belize, and Austere covers up to BZD $250 in total advertising spend for the approved introductory campaign. Additional advertising spend requires separate approval and payment.
How does payment work?⌄
Launch requires a 50% deposit of BZD $1,250 to begin the build. The remaining balance is paid according to the approved project terms. Custom implementations also require a 50% deposit based on the approved quotation. Monthly support begins after deployment and covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring, usage and support according to the selected agreement. Payments are made by bank transfer.
Are your prices in Belize dollars?⌄
Yes. All published prices are in Belize dollars, BZD. Launch has a fixed build fee and monthly support amount, while Custom implementations are quoted according to the approved scope. Austere Automations is locally owned and priced for Belizean businesses.

Austere is locally owned and built for Belizean businesses first, but selected projects outside Belize may be considered depending on the scope and fit.
How do I receive customer inquiries captured by my AI Employee?⌄
Your AI Employee can send inquiry details to your approved notification channels, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp supported workflows or another approved internal process depending on the approved scope and implementation. The goal is to make customer information easier to capture, confirm and route to the right person.
Are customer details secure and private?⌄
Austere takes privacy seriously. Workflows are designed based on the business, the sensitivity of the information and the approved implementation. For businesses that handle confidential or sensitive information, workflows can be designed to route information into approved internal systems, secure cloud environments, CRMs or case management platforms where appropriate. Austere does not sell or resell submitted inquiry information.
What is a Google Display Campaign and how does it help my business?⌄
A Google Display Campaign helps place visual ads across Google's display network to increase visibility and bring more attention to your business. When included with an approved solution, it supports visibility while the AI Employee helps capture and organize the inquiries that follow. Advertising spend beyond the included allowance, if required, is billed separately.
